ABOUT US

We provide psychological assessment packages and tailored therapeutic interventions for those impacted by traumatic experiences, those with mood disorders or emotional difficulties, family and relationship difficulties and those who would like to change patterns of behaviour which cause difficulties in their personal and/or professional lives.

We believe that healthy individuals make healthy families, and that healthy families make a healthy community.

Our team are committed to making a difference by supporting and developing early intervention initiatives relevant to mental health.

We are committed to working collaboratively with primary healthcare, education, non-profit organisations, government organisations and other social enterprises to address unmet mental health and wellbeing needs in the community.

We do this through allocating a portion of our time and revenue to the development and implementation of early intervention initiatives.

In 2024 we have committed to funding at least 120 hours of counselling sessions for clients working with Community Link Trust under TeenLink or ParentLink.  These are at-risk people who would otherwise not be able to gain access to longer-term packages of care.

We are evidence-based in terms of the services we provide and committed to improving our services through monitoring outcomes and creative innovation.
